We created The Mighty Mushroom Co. brand to bring consumers a range of mushrooms supercharged with important vitamins and minerals that boost immunity.
Our Immune closed cup mushrooms are grown in selenium-rich soil and gently exposed to additional light using Monaghan's unique process. This causes the mushrooms to naturally produce vitamin D.
Just 100g of Immune closed cup mushrooms from The Mighty Mushroom Co. provides consumers more than half of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D and the full recommended daily intake of selenium.

Our History
In the early 1980’s, school teacher Ronnie Wilson gave up teaching to create Monaghan. Over the last forty years, the company has become one of the largest mushroom producers in the world.
