Monaghan Mushrooms awarded Sustainability Project Impact Award

Monaghan Mushrooms has recently been awarded with the Sustainability, Project Impact Award for our Vitamin D enriched mushrooms at the recent Bord Bia Food & Drink Awards 2017.

The awards are designed to celebrate success in our industry and showcase excellence in Irish food and drink marketing in Ireland and overseas.

Donna McKenna, Environmental Manager at Monaghan Mushrooms said “We are delighted to have been awarded the Sustainability, Project Impact Award, an amazing accomplishment for Monaghan Mushrooms. It would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the entire Monaghan Mushrooms Team.

It is an honour to be recognised for the work we are doing in the area of sustainability and we hope it encourages others in the industry to do the same” added Leanne Wilson, also within the Environmental Department at Monaghan Mushrooms.

The awards were presented on 29th November in the RDS Concert Hall, Dublin.
